Lost Office 365 Home, Personal, University, or Office 2013 Product Key.

You may encounter a situation where you have lost or misplaced your Microsoft Office 365 Home, Personal, University, or Office 2013 Digital Product Key (DPK) after the initial receipt of your system and need the key to reinstall or activate your Microsoft Office 365 Home, Personal, University, or Office 2013 product.

NOTE: This article pertains to a Microsoft Office 365 Home, Personal, University, or Office 2013 DPK that was initially received and then lost or misplaced.

How to find your Digital Product Key.

NOTE: If you’re reinstalling Office, you don’t need to re-enter your product key to install Office again. Instead, go to your account page and click Install.

In a situation where you have lost your Microsoft Office 365 Home, Personal, University, or Office 2013 Digital Product key you need to be able to confirm your Office entitlement:

  • You will need a copy of you invoice. You can get a copy of your invoice from the Dell support website
Note: In order to replace your Office 365 Home, Personal, University, or Office 2013 Digital Product Key, the invoice has to show that you paid for Office 365 Home, Personal, University, or Office 2013 and that Office 365 Home, Personal, University, or Office 2013 was not part of a free promotion.
